Phones4U sim connected

just to let anyone who got thiers from P4U my sim has just connected, fully working internet is nice and quick

Few people said about the date being the 18th but it appears it is within 48 hours
 
when did you get yours antonio

i was told by orange checking on their systems mine wouldnt be till the 18th and ive mine over 48 hours now

P4U told me not to even ring orange and to ring P4U if there is a problems of

i ordered mine from P4U around the 4th March, my upgrade date wasnt until the 8th the guy said to me that it would be processed on the 8th and i would get the phone as soon as P4U did.

It came on 10th with wrong sim, got micro sim on 14th and it started working last night.

P4U said it would take up to 7 days to activate, i dont know if they meant from the upgrade date or from the date the sim is in the phone or from when they post the sim.
 
i think they meant from when you got the phone-just spoke to them they said wait 5 days from when you recieved phone so i have to wait till sunday now
 
Mine worked straight away, I think it was an upgrade anyway that is why. Got the vodafone 3 months unlimited data promo aswell :)

i ain't happy with how long this is taking.
if i said i wanted a new number , got the sim, THEN decided to keep my old number, they could of just transferred it via the PAK code i think its called, takes 24-48 hours..if that.
 
yeah would have been quicker doing it that way ridiculous

i think its orange that delay it though as others have had theirs activated straight away on other networks
 
but you already had the phone for a few days-ours says in the letter up to 6 days from when you recieve your phone

i suppose this is a good point, it was 5 days from when i got the phone that it was connected.

I suppose this is what happens when you get the phone from a shop and not direct from the network but Orange wont give a release date and always seem to be slow with getting phones out.
 
im contemplating just a back hard cover myself will see

yeah antonio also i prefer third party as theyre usually unlocked and not branded all over it

Did you need to do anything or did you just lose connection with the old phone?

what date did you receive your phone? nothing my old phone just lost service and i turned on my xperia and there it was
