Help Phonetic Voice Recognition For Contacts?

Is it possible to set up a few friends with a phonetic pronunciation so that Google's voice recognition can find them? Some of my friends have non-intuitive pronunciations for their names. I tried setting a phonetic name under Google Contacts (through the web interface) but all that does is alphabetize them wrong, it doesn't help.

No idea, but I've gotten used to saying names how the system expects. Just an example - a last name of Grum should be pronounced like it looks, but I have to say groom and it finds it every time. I'd rather do that than have to muck up the contacts information.

Well, my friend's name is Khemara, and the phone keeps thinking I'm saying camera no matter how literally I try to say his name.
