Help Photo frame widget issue

Hi,
I've noticed what appears to be a bug. In both the 'photo frame' and 'picture frame' widgets that cone with the phone, of I try showing a picture of high resolution then only a part of the picture is shown in the frame.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Edited. Sorry, typo. I meant bug.
Oh by the way, the same thing seems to happen if I try to set a high res image as wallpaper. Only a corner of the image is set as wallpaper.
Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

I believe it's not an isolated issue it's just the way they are shown as the background/picture frame is a certain pixel dimension the picture/photo you are trying to use is larger and it can only show the specific size. P.s same here on my phone.

Thanks for confirming. But before you set a pic as wallpaper or in a frame, you get a rectangle to choose what portion of the pic is to be shown. I guess that part of the app doesn't work well.

Yeah the rectangle is giving you you the max pixel size that can be shown but I agree very poor you can reduce the rectangle to show an up-scaled image but you cannot select the whole image (if larger) to be scaled down to fit.
