Help Photo Gallery Help Needed Within...

I must have changed some setting by accident. When I call up my photo gallery pictures I get a strange format where all the photo windows are showing at a tilted angle with one of the pictures showing as a wallpaper but its blurred and its driving me crazy. How do I get it back to the stock format.
 
That's the only option I've ever had on the Epic. :confused:

To my knowledge, the Epic didn't come with the other style gallery.
