Hi All,

i have been having problems with my gallery, so when i take photo's and then go to view them in my gallery they are not there only a black vox with a warning triangle, this has happened a few time now and i have lost precious photo's of my kids, pls can anyone she any light why this is happening?

I have been having a PHOTOS issue as well, maybe not like Jazzie's, but, I snap a photo and then it uploads to auto back up, and disappears off my phone. If I want to look at a photo when I am out of range of WIFI or Cell, I cannot see any of my photos, because they are no longer on my phone! I don;t mind auto back up, that's a nice feature, but I want my photos to remain on my phone for 'offline' access.

You might have SDCard corruption. this could be from a few reasons. Try another SDCard first.

Yours sounds like there is an app that moves the photos to the 'cloud'. You would have to find the app and change the setting.

I don't have any photo apps that didn't come with KitKat. SO I assume Picasa/Photos from Google are the apps doing the auto back up to the cloud, which is fine. Just having these Vanilla apps deete the photos off my phone after backing them up is the issue with me. How can I turn that off? I have looked thru the settings, but am missing the right place to click.

Have you looked at the camera app? It might have the setting for sending the photo to the cloud.
