You would probably want a file manager.

Yes, you can. On your S5, Tap Gallery. All albums are shown on screen. Tap one album and select the photos you want to transfer. Tap the icon at the upper right corner. In the drop-down menu, tap Move to album. In the next screen, choose one album to move it.
