Physical keyboard

I'm thinking of getting a bluetooth keyboard for my nexus.

A real keyboard, not just something to do casual typing, but real note taking. Was wondering if anyone had experience setting and recommendations for a keyboard that pairs well with android and the nexus specifically.

AFAIK all bluetooth keyboards should pair no problem with the GN. I'm actually looking for a good inexpensive bluetooth keyboard + touchpad combo for mine as well

Edit: This is the one I have for my HTPC, but it's RF, not bluetooth. I love it to death, it's the best thing ever:

So anyone know of a keyboard like this that's bluetooth? I've seen a few with touchpads under the keys, but I want the touchpad to be at the side.
