Pic folder in a folder in a folder

I want to structure my Gallery like in Windows, with folders in folders in folders etc. Can this be done? There is no "create folder" on the phone and whenever I try to either upload a folder structure via the cable or directly onto the card, it just puts them into a single layer of folers and there are WAY to many for that.

Any ideas or apps that can do that? Thanks in advance...

That's odd. Windows sees the sdcard in the phone as just another drive. You should be able to copy a folder from your computer to the phone with the structure intact. You can also install a file manager like EStrongs to manage files on your phone.
