Hi chkstr96. Welcome to the forums. :ciao:

Are the pics on your phone or on your computer? You should be able to hook to your computer with the usb cable and transfer them just like any file.

Unless I'm misunderstanding what you need to do.
 
If your pics are set to save to phone storage as opposed to SD card then a file manager like ES or Astro can accomplish this without use of a computer
