They converted the Central Park ice skating rink in NYC to pickleball courts for the summer. Was cool to see. I have never played.

Everyone I talk to my age ends up getting hurt playing this. You know its bad when you walk into these orthopedic clinics and they have signs everywhere that say "pickleball injury? we can help with that."

I would have loved to have played a few years ago. I missed my chance. I'm not healthy enough to play now. An intense game of pool might be too much nowadays.

This sport is too dangerous. I'll stick to "pocket pool," I haven't got hurt yet playing that 😏
