Help pics from gallery gone missing and all tones

ok a bit of a weird one , i have not changed any settings or touched anything or added anything , but i went to look in gallery and all me pics had gone . also noticed my phone ringing with no sound ,, sound was fully up etc . got my gf to txt and there was no sound on that either .. ok so i went to change the tone and all my tones are missing . now i used root explorer and i can see all my pics there and all the ringtones , sms tones , and notificarion tones that are missing . i tried a reflash of everything. but this has still not worked . i did see when i reflashed the ROM it said internal sd marker not found , would this have anything to do with it . cant find anything by a search and anything i try will not fix it .... any suggestions

ok i have done another complete hard reset format cache , dalvik sd etc flashed stock and gone through the process of re installing checkrom .... i still have the same problem where i cant see pics in gallery but they are there in files and root explorer in the correct folders also same with ring sms tones alarms etc all there in files n root ex but not showing when trying to choose a tone... just been told about moviNAND. can anyone tell me what this is . i searched and found out a bit about it in recovery but didnt understand it , someone said maybe i should flash moviNAND rom and that would sort it ..... does that sound logical lol

this is this movinand thing if anyone can make any sense of it lol

i installed quickpic and it found all my pics straight away , then i just clicked gallery and all had come back but its now showing all beautiful widgets clock n weather skins and album art which its never done before . also out of the blue my tones have come back ... how weird is that
