I don't know how to make the icon go away or the pic to stop downloading.

Picture file won't stop/finish downloading.

I tried to get it to stop by doing the following:
Toggling airplane mode.
Turning 4g off, then back on.
Restarting the phone.
Taking battery out while phone on, replace and power back on.
It was a lousy pic from a gmail I was trying to DL.

for some reason ive noticed that 4g will stop all of a sudden and do nothing id toggel airplane on and off for a bit and then it would work again

Well whaddya know, I went into Starbucks, turned WiFi on, and it went away.
