Help Picture Message Now Showing

[mgoon06]

When I receive a picture message I'm asked to download it by clicking on a small gray box next to the message. After it downloads a small preview appears in the message with a pay button over it. I click on the photo to see it in full screen. It takes me to another screen that stays all black and has a statues bar in the bottom like a video, it goes for 10sec and then back to the text message with out showing the photo. Any ideas?
