Help Picture messages

when ever i send or receive a picture message its coming in video form..

its not a soild picture... i need 2 hit play to see the pic..

anyone else having this problem?

I believe most if not all android do this. The Droid did it for me and my Fascinate does this as well.
 
It sends pictures as a slideshow, The G1, and MyTouch didn't do this. I installed Handcent and can now send pictures like I did with the G1.

with my G1 maybe 1 out of every 50 pic msg's sent this way...


i also had my friend with his droid send me a pic to test this and i received it as a slide show..

i am looking into what handcent is now and it doesn't seem like something i am interested in...
 
if anyone is interested i called up t-mobile and they told me that this is just how the phone is...

i am very unhappy with this.. i tend to do a lot of picture messaging and i find this very annoying.. i hope with the next update they will fix this problem
 
is 1 picture or multiple pictures? never seen this problem with nexus one, but then again i usually get sent more than 1 image at a time
