Help Picture messeging

so i went to recive a pic messege over wifi and it would not allow me to download the picture but when i connect it to network connection it alows me to is there a way to fix this as i want to receive the pic over wifi in the future ?

Well, an MMS is like an SMS and is sent over via your carrier, so I guess you need a carrier connection.

Not if WiFi has replaced the carrier connection.

I don't think you can receive an MMS over WiFi...

Have them send it via email maybe?
