Picture problem

Okay so i havn't been able to use my prevail for around 4months now, but found out my battery was messed up, But my point of this thread is there any newly found way to fix the issue with this phone recieving pictures? Because I couldn't find a solution before, i used APN Manager and that didnt work, anyone else found a fix? thanks :D

did you do any updates to the phone
 
I've had this phone since last June and have never had a problem receiving pictures. I've also never really seen any threads here about any fixes for anything like that. I guess you'll just have to try it out and see if it works.
 
No i havnt done any of the system updates, because i have a custom ROM and root and didnt want the update to get rid of that, and yeah, if you search google you will see alot of people have this problem
