picture settings

I need to change my mms settings to be able to send pictures but I can't find the right area to add them? I've looked everywhere and I'm feeling really dumb... can anyone help?

Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access point names > then just click on the name there and then you can edit what settings you need by clicking on them.

Just got it to work! All you have to do is enter
http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc under MMSC then send a picture to yourself to make sure it works!
