A friend thought it would be funny and download inappropriate aps to my phone. well from one of them a picture wont delete out of my gallary in my shared folder. any ideas how to get this to go away? please help!

Find the pic file on your SD card. I am sure the app created a folder somewhere on it, so you just need to find it.
