When I take pictures with my HTC droid eris they are cloudy few days wasn't like that

Well, it is fall. Wait until spring/summer when it's sunny to take your pictures, that will cure it.
JUST KIDDING! Couldn't help myself.
Have you tried making sure that the little lens is wiped off? It's pretty easy to get a few smudges on our phone camera lenses. I highly doubt that it's a software issue.

Ah, I love hearing from other HTC Droid Eris owners! 
(haven't used mine for a while, but it's sitting two feet away from me as I type)
Ted's advice makes the most sense to me--probably (hopefully) just a dirty lens--use a soft cloth to try to clean it with.
