Help Pictures rotating sideways when sending MMS

I noticed after the 2.2.1 update my pictures keep send sideways in an Mom, I shoot them vertical.....any ideas?

In the gallery, open the picture, press menu: edit: advanced editing: crop... Drag the crop box to cover the picture, press back, then save the new verticaly formatted picture.
