Help pictures sending sideways

Inconsistently- when i send pictures to someone they come out sideways. I have read others having the same issue, but havent read a fix. Can anyone help out?
It happens sometimes when sending MMS and uploading onto facebook.

If it's when the pics are in portrait mode, then I think the SF doesn't send them correctly.

I have it set for None??? Any other ideas?
