Help pictures upside down

Sometime when i take pictures and send them has a mms,the person receiving mms gets picture upside down.How do fix this problem?

Try rotating the phone itself 180 degrees when taking the picture.

is there a particular model or OS of phone that you send to that has this issue?

no all phones,and have app that rotates pic but does not solve problem when i send it
