Pinch to Zoom

Not sure where this belongs. My buddy just picked the Vibrant up, and he is legally blind. I told him I'd so some research for him.

I noticed that Xscope browser supports pinch to zoom, and that's great, but he is in need of an app that allows zoom on all screens...does such an app exist?

To clarify, I think he is looking for a screen magnification app. If it were p2z, even better, but platform-wide screen mag capability is what he really needs.

Good question. I don't have a solution for you, but I do think we need more phone options for legally blind customers.

Also in the standard browser, you can set the font size to HUGE.

Also globally, you can download different types of fonts, I believe you can also download large fonts, and apply those globally, which should make everything look bigger for your friend.

If you go to settings, there's an accessibility options. You can download a screen reader from the market for free. Not exactly the same as zoom, but it's better than nothing.
