Help Pinker and Brighter or Whiter and Dimmer

Newbie
I wanted to pose a question to you guys (and gals). I have a pink scren issue with my original Dinc and was sent a warranty replacement. The warranty replacement, unfortunately, has a pinker screen, however, I also noticed that the screen is brigther than the origninal when compared at the same brightness levels. I wanted to get some opinions on what you guys would choose in this instance. I realize that this boils down to my personal preference, but I am interested to know what you guys think.

Funny you should mention this. I have a grey and green one to go with your pink. Asurion has no reports of this. HAH. My fourth Dinc is in the mail.

Mine has a slight blueish tint to it, in the CM6 roms, there's setting to change the color calibration of the screen, now it's nice and white :)

I personally can't stand the red/pink tint I've seen on some screens, but I'm willing to bet you may not even notice it after you've been using the phone and don't have the other one next to it.

how do i get to that screen so i can stop sending these back. All i have to do is pull up a white page and i know its wrong.

If anyone can explain how they are able to change the color calibration of the screen, please share. There are those of us out there who are sending phones back for the pink screen issue, so if there is a way we can fix this, please share. And please be specific with the details as many of us are noobs.
