place files to run app on sd

These gameloft games require huge files (mostly 500 mb) which are stored on the internal memory. Is it possible to place those files on the sd card?

I know apps cant be placed on the sd card, but Im just wondering if this is the same case with these files. My internal memory is slinking, while I have plenty of space left on my sd card.

Root + antek app manager will allow you to move them to your sd card. also maybe app2sd?
