Plastic Chrome Trim Cracked

No cracks ... I dropped it once, and my daughter knocked it off the shelf today and no cracks or scratches.

I am still going to get a case as soon as I see something I like.
 
Today, my Hero completely cracked in the same area. I baby my phone. I have never dropped it. A little "Plastic Welder" epoxy and the crack is no longer a problem.
 
Am I the only person who hasn't had any kind of issues with his HTC Hero?

seriously, I haven't had any kind of issues with my phone at all.

Even dropped it 4 times and NO CRACKS!

I rooted my phone, I flashed Fresh 1.1 ROM and guess what?


















































































I'm a happy camper!
 
I never dropped mine and it was cracked near the USB port in the first week. Not a big deal, but I do believe there is a problem with the build of the hardware that leads to the cracks.

Be happy you dont have a crack, I wish I didn't.
