Help Play store and google contacts problem

I am having problems opening google play store and i have lost all of my google contacts.

i have tried to sync my Google account but it does not give me the option to under 'my accounts' only have option to sync with or add facebook, whattsapp and email.

also with play store i tried to clear data and force stop etc on my application manager and now it has completely disappeared from the application list and i have lost the shortcut in my applications menu.

have tried to re install but it tells me that it has already been installed.

Go to Google Contacts with a browser. See if your contacts are there.

If they are, delete the Google account on your phone and create it again. If they're not, are you sure you're signing into a valid Google account? If so, contact Google.
