Help Play store issue

Hello...i recently bought Samsung s4 and when i enter Play Store i only see the name on the applications and i cannot see the picture of the applications but when i connect from other Wi-fi i can see the pictures but i cannot see then on my own Wi-fi connection...any1 got a tip for this prob?​
