If you access the play store on your device, you can't see any apps that are not compatible with that device. Online, you can see all apps (for obvious reasons). The sweet spot there, though, is that you can install that app to all of your compatible devices.
So, I would love to have the same flexibility from the app - check out the reviews and pics of an app from my phone - even if it is not compatible, and send it over to my tablet so it is waiting when I get home.
