Help Play store will not load

Suddenly Google Play Store will not load updates to 'My Apps'. Get message "Error 927".

Help!

Stock M8 with Android 5.0.2; Sense 6.0; Software 4.25.651.14

Clear cache/data to play store app.See if that will fix it.

Did that first. Not successful. Also tried to uninstall update to play store - didn't help.

You may have to perform a factory reset,And I know its a lot of work.But it will and does fix issues like you have.
Be sure to backup your data first.

Isn't there a way without a factory reset. It is my wife's phone and she would be quite upset to loos her data!

I don't know of anyway to fix it,I've ran into this issue before and the only way I could fix it,Was with a factory reset.
I even tried other Play Store version off the web and never got it fixed until I did a factory reset.

Is there a way to back up a phone to a MAC. I do not have a Windows computer, and I do not want to root her phone to make a nandroid.

Reading the site for Mobilego, appears that it is only for WINDOWS computers. I only have Apple computers - are there similar programs for use with Apple computers? Thanks!

Yes, We have Apple computers and Android phones!

Have you tried to connect to another internet?
I mean, you may try to use different Wifi or use mobile data to do the update.
Sometime, it works.
