Welcome to the forums :) We're glad you're here.

I'm not sure if this will work but try turning off locations. If that doesn't work then its recognizing the signal from Japanese towers.

Is it possible you have malware on your phone causing search redirects to japanese or Chinese sites or results? There was a recent virus spreading around Play Store. This along with others made me delete, disable, de-allocate or otherwise get rid of Play Store completely. In fact, not only has it saved internal storage on more lower end devices, my experience with Android has greatly improved.

You can't. Most Coby tablets run ancient Android 2.1 which doesn't support Play. More cheap devices may come with an alternative market or no market at all. The only means to get Play to run (although i would ask 'why?!') involves rooting, custom recoveries like TWRP or ClockworkMod, and flashing the proper gapps.zip inside said recovery.

There were instructions on sideloading from an APK listed on the Android Tablet forum.
I did it on a 7025. Worked well, but Play insisted it was a TMO device.

They have most Android tablets listed.

Side-loading Play Store may install, but attempting to run it afterward causes the 'the process com.google.vending had encountered a problem' crash on multiple devices running different copies of Android.
