Help Player that supports streaming

I connect to my network at home and wanted to stream music to my phone, but the Inc says the player can't stream. Anyone know of a player that can stream music and maybe even video?

I've been using Subsonic with my Inc and been very happy. There is a buffering issue that causes the music to stutter every once in a while, but it's not a huge issue to me, and the dev is working on a fix.

It's not free (you'll be asked to donate ~$30 dollars for the server piece at some point), but it's worth it to me.

Note: This is audio only. I still haven't found anything worthwhile for video.
