Help PlayerPro and App Tray

dr. jing

Newbie
Sprint recently updated my OS to 4.4.2, and now I don't get PlayerPro in my app tray (I think that's what it's called; you pull the screen down from the top and it has your active apps and notifications). I've had this problem before, but it fixed itself. Not so, this time.

Under Look and feel, I have the following selected:
Full screen player
Enable notifications
Enable expanded notifications
Enable prev control
Enable stop control
Enable ticker

I selected them all, hoping it would fix my problem, but apparently that does not. Is there a bug that needs to be fixed, or some magic combination I need?

Thanks for any help!

It's called "the Notification pulldown" and "Enable notifications" should enable it - when there are notifications.

If you used to get something in Notifications all the time, email the developer and ask if a fix for Kit Kat for that problem is in the works.

Thanks, Rukbat. I'll do that!
