Please advice note app

[cryptos]

Hi,
please advice which mobile app will meet the following:

-works offline
-no registration ot additional authentification in the app
-easy/quick/onthefly folders creating (1 click)
-easy/quick/onthefly notes move between folders
-quick navigation between folders and notes
-notes export in text and email
-"eternal" sheet in the note (no paging)

better if it will: can text and draw in the same note, change font/color

Thank you!

look at AK notepad, it works offline with no paging and can easily be backed up and restored from the sd card (and an online server). You can share from it like any other file. I don't think it will do colors, and won't draw.

Catch notes? Doesn't do everything, but it is a very good app.

I second the AK notepad. Note everything works too
