"Please check back tomorrow"

i'm not sure how soon after but as soon as i got a chance to check it had hit. i have a feeling it was around the same time though, since thats what they were waiting on to process my order.

My order status is still at:

"Your order is currently being processed, please check back tomorrow."

It has been that way for about 3 hours now but nothing has hit my bank (Wells Fargo) yet. I called Wells Fargo to make sure and they said nothing has came across from Verizon yet.

So Verizon is probably just processing the order still? Or maybe my bank was closed or something and it will hit tomorrow? Should I be concerned?

Also, did you use a regular credit card, or a debit/check card? I used my Wells Fargo debit/check Visa card. Thanks!

Yeah that's what mine said until about an hour ago. Then they charged our card and the status changed. Keep the faith my friend!

it hasn't actually cleared my account yet and it won't until midnight tonight. but i can see the difference between my ledger balance and my available balance is exactly the cost of the phone, indicating i have a pending transaction. i would say at midnight when my payment has gone through i will see some shipping notifications hopefully. i'd wait and see what happens tomorrow on yours, it'll probably hit your account soon.

go over to the other thread were it says order numbers etc....give them the first 6 of your number....follow the thread and you will find out when it's your turn....they are processing really fast right now! GL
 
If you have been following this thread you will know that I had my original order canceled and had to reorder this afternoon. Well lo and behold my status message has changed to :"Your order has been processed. You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business day" This is just 6 hours after my new order!!!!
 
This is absolutely excruciating. My order status keeps going in baby steps. Getting a shipping notification almost seems like a dream at this point. :(

Ugh.. What now!? I guess if it still like this tomorrow, I will give them a call since I know that that message usually means some sort of problem.

My 4/19 pre-order was cancelled as well. I re-ordered it at around 8 am this morning and my status just changed to:

Order Status: Your order has been processed. You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business days.

So hopefully you'll get the same message today or tomorrow

I would wait a bit more. Mine was saying that and about 5 hours ago it changed to "Your order is currently being processed, please check back tomorrow."

So there is some hope! Although my bank account still hasn't been charged or any shipment notification. But at least it changed!

I also sent the internet team an email last night and no response yet either. It's a bummer but let's keep the faith! :D
 
Just checked my bank, and the VZW Pending charge on my account dissapeared. I get to call the Internet Sales at 8am, to make sure everything is ok.

And before anyone says check my email, it's attached to my military email, and I don't have access from home. :-(
 
Mine still has the same status, "Your order is being processed. Please check back tomorrow." This is frustrating knowing that others are getting their phones today, and I'm still in limbo. I still fell like something is wrong with my order, but the lady at Internet Sales was less than helpful...
 
Take this for what its worth but my order had been sitting at the "We have received your order. Check back tomorrow" status since Sunday, so I just called the online customer support number and even though I have no doubt that the lady was reading me a direct quote of what they are being told to say "We are going to start processing orders today, all orders that are already showing as processed were due to a glitch in the system but all orders are set to be processed today so you should have your incredible tomorrow or thursday. There is nothing wrong with your order and check back tonight, it should be processed then"....literally 5 minutes after getting off of the phone with her, my order status changed to "Order Status: Your order is currently being processed, please check back tomorrow." It may just be a coincidence, but it sure does look suspicious that five minutes after bringing my order to their attention that the status changed...

I have the same thing, but my problem is that I have yet to receive a tracking number, I mean if I don't receive one today, I don't expect to receive the phone by Thursday. I will not be upset unless I don't receive my phone on Thursday, then I will be spitting angry, because every time I called they said "everything looks fine, your order should be there soon."
 
Yesterday evening, I called the internet sale orders team to find out what was going on with the "order processed/check back tomorrow" message. The woman I spoke with said that was right because my phone is shipping from the mid-west regional facility (I live near St. Louis) and all orders shipping from there are on hold until the 28th. None of them will be shipped out until then. That means I've got no chance of getting it early and I won't even have a shipping confirmation/tracking number till sometime on Wednesday (hopefully). I'm guessing some of you may be in the same boat.
 
So has anyone been told about the phones being on back order today? I think I may have to call again today and see what line I get this time.
