well mine still says "being processed", but I just received my email with tracking number. It was picked up in West Chester, PA. It isn't overnight like my order confirmation said though
 
Ok. So I ordered on the 21st, and my status says "Your order is currently being processed, please check back tomorrow." I am able to upgrade through My Verizon, and no charges are on my account. Should I call Internet Sales or continue to be patient? I don't want to be disappointed on Thurs.
 
hmm. now may status is back to "We have received your order. Please check back tomorrow".:mad::confused::confused:

It was being processed yesterday and this morning :|

I'm in the same boat, they were not any help when I called yesterday, so I'm just going to let it be and hopefully will get better news tomorrow.
 
My status is now back to currently being processed. I checked my credit card and there is now a pending charge from verizon.

I'm in Kansas, too. Manhattan, specifically. I imagine we are probably in the midwest market with the distribution center that refuses to ship early. I wonder where it's located...

Edit: Oh, my card got charged earlier this afternoon, too! Just waiting for that elusive tracking number.
 
I ordered at 10:45am today, called the CSR at 12pm to change something on my account and ask about a tracking #. She called the internet processing center and confirmed that my DI would come on Thursday and a tracking # should be emailed soon. I'm impatient, so I called again at 4pm to ask about the tracking, the CSR calls internet processing and was a little more specific at saying "they plan to have preorders processed and shipped out by tomorrow for overnight delivery on the 29th" I don't know if there's a cut off for that, but he made it sound like even though I had second day delivery, they were shipping it overnight... He also said my tracking # should come through tomorrow!
 
I was stuck on "We received your order, please check back tomorrow" called the Internet support number, joked around a bit with the guy about how horrible my AT$T service is which is why I am switching. Asked if he could take a look to make sure I am still on target for the 29th. He said I was, asked if there was a magic wand he could wave to make it come sooner. He said he would try but no promises. About 20 minutes later my status chanced to "Order being processed" and my debit card was charged. He did say if it was processed before 4pm it would go out today.

I am never pre-ordering anything ever again. This is just nuts LMAO!!!
 
Still no status change for me. My bank hasn't been charged yet either. =/ But I am excited for the rest of you all who have shipping notices!
 
After several calls and various answers about my order from 4/22, I have received Fedex tracking info today. I am in the Midwest region, and it shows it should be here by Thursday at 7pm even though I paid overnight shipping... Oh well I have to call in and get credited for activation anyhow. I am just happy to see action after 5 days of ORDER CONSTIPATION! ;)
 
Well guys, I am officially starting to lose hope. I just called the internet sales team again just for the hell of it. He looked at my order and said it is showing that the item is out of stock. He said they are processing them in order (which is BS) and that they received a small shipment of phones today to keep the processing going.

He said they are hoping to keep getting more phones and they are processing through the 28th for delivery on the 29th. He basically couldn't even guarantee that I will get my phone on the 29th. He said "I hope you do". Very encouraging. Sigh...

I am on the west coast and I guess that matters somehow. I preordered online on 4/20 at around 5:30 p.m. pacific time. There is no way I should be in this situation right now.

It's starting to be disgusting and I'm almost giving up. If I don't get my order processed tomorrow by Noon, I am probably just going to cancel my order and try my luck at a Verizon store on the morning of the 29th. I still have a sliver of hope, but not much. Good luck everyone.
 
Yes!!! I finally have been charged....didn't think I would ever be so excited about my bank charging me for something...lol
 
just got home from work to see my order has been shipped! ill be getting it thursday via 2 day shipping. was hoping id get the overnight but no biggie. im just happy this mess is over!
