As with movies, they don't make
parents quite the same any more, either.
My brother and I have a laundry list of movies we both agree we were too young to see (at the time); Alien, The Shining, The Deer hunter, The Thing..................
The Jerk. (Thanks for that one in particular, Mom and Dad......Nightmares for weeks.)
In a massive overcompensation, my brother is raising my 4/7 YO Niece and Nephew with no video display of any kind in the house. They (formally) saw their first ever movie the other night. And "
Finding Nemo" freaked 'em out. I hate to think how they will be affected in their early twenties, when they finally see something as disturbing as
Bambi.

"You need to warp them, like Mom and Dad did for us" Is not the kind of comment which is welcome by all at the extended family dinner table........But I can see the little ones warming up to their Uncle; Curious about
