Is it POSSIBLE to take mp3's downloaded on limewire (on a laptop) and put them on my Droid?
If so, could you explain it to me like you would a slow 2nd grader ,cause I am not that tech savvy :p.
Good karma will follow you for helping :D

Plug the Droid into your computer. Swipe down on the "Notifications" bar at the top of your home screen, and tap on the bar that says "USB connected." Click on "MOUNT." Your Droid will then show up on your Computer just like a thumb drive or external hard drive.

On your computer, go into MY COMPUTER and determine which drive is your Droid, double click it, and you'll see a Windows Explorer window showing you the contents of your Droid -- it'll have a bunch of folders, including DCIM, google-maps-navigation, albumthumbs, etc.

Create a folder called MUSIC on your Droid by right clicking inside the Droid directory on your computer, and choosing "NEW" then "FOLDER."

Find the directory on your computer that holds the Limewire MP3 files, and simply click and drag those files into the Droid's "MUSIC" folder that you just created.

Voila. Done.

Plug cable into phone..

plug other end into usb port.

Pull down status bar and

click on usb Connect, then click MOUNT

POP up will happen on pc end. Click open folder to view files.

Put mp3s where your heart desires. in said folder

Un mount by pulling stats bar down and clicking turn off usb storage..

Download app called ASTRO.

open that add and browse for yuor music. If you put it in a MUSIC folder thats where to look ..

Im sure there are other methods. Thats how i would do it.

EDIT. Looks like G has you covered!
