Root Please help, 2.3.4 root achieved, now stuck .

Hi all, I was distraught when i recieved the OTA update to 2.3.4 and realized i missed my chance to root my d inc. After months of searching and letting others experiment it seems that a way to root and downgrade was found. I immeadiatly downloaded the files and prepared everything.

I followed scotty 85's write up to Root 2.3.4/downgrade and Get S-off, 1.root with unrevoked 3.22 2. downgrade with adb...however I have encountered a problem after successfully running all the adb commands and rebooting to bootloader, I am able to boot into fastboot, then select bootloader which states: loading pbdiag.zip-no image; loading pb31.nbh-no image or wrong image; loading pb31img.zip... the blue loading bar completes and the phone goes back to hboot with no option to update. I have run it again and it goes back to hboot again. I confirmed pb31img.zip with astro and it seems that all other steps were completed as directed.
While root has been achieved, and confirmed via root basic check, I would really like to continue the downgrade to achieve s off. Also I am currently receiving messages regarding the System UID's being inconsistent to which i select the only option "i am feeling lucky"

If anyone is able to point me in the right direction as to how exactly i should proceed I would very much appreciate it. Thanks all! - Mack:confused:
 
sdrawkcab25, I had just found that link when i had to give up and go to school. Im not sure what the problem was with the first method the sums matched. The alternate flash method worked much easier. I have successfully downgraded to 2.2 and have since run unrevoked and got s off. Now it seems stable, i backed it up and am trying to find a good rom. thanks again
