Root Please help:adb is not recognized as an internal.....

I'm trying to root and followed each step but failed. Why and what am I missing? Very frustrated, there must be something that we are not being told:(. If all the instructions are there than why am i getting this on the prompt?????
 
Looks like your screenshot did not come through. I have rooted mine and 2 other fascinates with no issues. Are you sure the drivers are installed and you are using the factory USB cable?

Yes and no. I'm using blackberry cable, is that the problem?

I bet it is, I have seen numerous posts where for whatever reason the factory cable must be used.
 
Plus I don't understand this sdk file that must be installed on my computer. The instructions say nothing about that.

Try the method you were using earlier but with a fascinate cable (im assuming its the one click method from android central)

Adb isn't recquired for root per say...but many of us feel its an essential tool that anyone who mode their phone should have at least some knowledge of. :)
