Please helP anyone

Help please anyone. I have a samsung dart t499 and everything works on it except for the Internet or anything to do with the Internet. Now when I hook up to my wifi it all works but as soOn as I leave my house and away from my wifi I cannot use my Internet. I have accidentally deleted my repayment and was able to find twmanager anddoes download and install but I have yet to find a relaunched that will reinstall in my phone. I'm open to any suggestions at all thanks
 
Admittedly, I have an older HTC Desire, but I have found that frequently when toggling between wifi and 3G data, the phone has to be rebooted to make the change "stick." It's so frustrating that I now almost never switch to wifi. I do not know if this is inherent in the hardware, the Android OS, or just my phone, which has been possessed my a malevolent demon since the day I got it.
 
Well I have globule with the 50$ unlimited plan. But yeah I do have the data enabled. Well how would I check that anyways just to make sure
 
Check the APN settings for your network provider are correct. They should be on their website
 
Well what I have is the unlimited plan with Tmobile. So I do have an unlmtd plan for data. Is there any suggestions that u may have?
