Please help bluetooth problems

Hi i purchased a plantronics m50 wireless bluetooth headset. For making calls it works flawlessly. My problem is that it has a feature where you can stream music audio. When using slacker, iheart radio ,spotify or.any other.similiar.app or even the built.in music player playing stored.mp3s the.audio cuts in and out horribly. Sometimes im left with 20 seconds of silence. Its very annoying and i know its not the jnternet connection because it does it to stored files. Plantronics told me.if i dont have problems.with the calls there should be no problem with the.music. They told me.to unpair then shut down the phone, take out the.battery for 15 seconds then try again. this felt.like it helped.some but it still cuts out and is back to cutting out.horribly. I was ready to turn it in untill i paired it.with my old optimus m and had no problems. I factory reset my motion 4g hoping that some settings were screwed up, and hoping that a reset would restore the.settings. No luck, i thought reset was like reformatting computer hard drive. Well im all out of ideas and since.it.works with my optimus m i know its not the headset. Ive.never.rooted or messed with any bluetooth.settings that i know about.

Anyone experience.any thing like this or know.enough about.Bluetooth a2dp technology to help me.?

I have a cheap Bluetooth headset . I use btmono on Google play , it never gives me problems . the only thing is that it disconnects after a call . I have to turn off the feature in the app then turn it back on . unless you have the pro version . its not a solution but could be a temporary fix until you figure out a solution .

Thanks for the suggestion. I dowloaded btmono but when i turn it on the music wont play on through rthe headser at all. I will try messing with it.to see why.btmono doesn't work, as thats my only option right now.

Thanks for your help but bt mono just wont work. It must be conflicting with the a2dp technology, whatever that is.... Maybe i got a defective phone
