Root Please help!!!! boot loop

my phone said it had low space so i cleared the cache and now its stuck in a boot loop...ive tried a hard reset...obviously rooted

Reflash your rom. Or restore your backup.

got it thanks....i knew thats what i had to do but didnt know how....then i remembered to hit the volume button during boot.
