Help Please Help Can make calls but web isn't working

I've shut off my phone a few times, taken out my battery,sd card and "sim" card. But nothing seems to bring my data back. I can make and receive calls and text but can't use my web. hope some one can help

Did you check if your data is enabled? Go into system settings>wireless and network settings>mobile networks> and check if data is enabled.
