Root Please help! Does anyone have a backup I can use?

Im stuck in the Cyanogenmod 7 boot animation and I accidentally deleted my backup. Can someone please upload one I can use or help me solve this problem. The phone isn't mine and if I broke it I'm screwed. Please help

Pull the battery, when you put it back in, boot into recovery (vol dn, Home and power buttons held at the same time until recovery is on the screen in case you didn't know how to do it). When you are in recovery, just reflash the ROM and GAPPS. Unless you happened to make a copy of the back up on the computer then you're stuck there, since it's deleted; you can't really get it back.
 
Yeah, like he said. Just reflash, and remember the first boot is the longest. It could take up to 10 minutes. so be patient.

Ps never use someone else's nandroid backup, it could mess up your phone. Like they said just reflash the Rom and gapps and you will be ok, except all apps and data will be gone
 
I reflashed the rom and after about 15 minutes of booting up, the phone is alive! Sorry for freaking out on you guys lol
