Please help! Getting Hero replaced... unrooting/stock apps needed?

Hi,

I have a rooted Sprint HTC Hero. I dropped it the other night when it was storming, it hit the ground and the screen shattered. I am getting a replacement sent to me since I did have insurance to cover it.

When I tried to install the .6 6/4 OTA update, the ClockworkMod I had installed wouldn't allow it. I know the OTA has a patch that prevents phones from being rooted so I thought if I installed it, it would be an easy and quick fix to get my phone back to being unrooted. But with the ClockworkMod, it didn't let the update happen, so I just rebooted my phone instead and am now not sure how to go about everything...

The question is now... how do I unroot the phone, and then should I re-add the stock apps? If I should re-add the stock apps, where can I find them?

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
