u need to be a little more specific... when u flash the Rom these days u end up pressing the volume up key to install the boot image in fastboot... is that what u are talking about?
any time i put a different rom on the phone...the first time you turn the phone on i need to keep pressing volume up button until the 4G logo appears...if i dont do it...it freezes on the 4G logo and doesnt go past it...i have to do it only once...after that its fine...i never had my incredible do that when flashing roms.
