I am trying to add music to my phone and i plugged it in and my computer is saying i need to insert a removable disk still which it is plugged in already. Also, I dont know how to turn off the phone or remove the back. And i know there is an SD card in there but my phone is saying there is not
 
you can't turn off the phone or remove the back?! wow that is clueless. how did you remove the plastic strip protecting the battery when you first got the phone then? you really should read the owners manual on htc's support site because it seems like you need a lot of help. link:

EVERYONE READ YOUR MANUALS DON'T ALWAYS EXPECT SOMEONE TO DO IT FOR YOU. would you buy a car if you didn't know how to drive?

sorry if this comes off as harsh but it is what it is. this boarders on the ridiculous!
