Root PLEASE HELP. LG G3 !!! ROOT PROBLEM.

let me apologize if this is the wrong forum.. I literally just joined..
Anyways..
I downloaded an a program that rooted my device before but I had to do a factory reset... And sence then have lost root access.. So...
When I download a root app and click on ROOT it says "device already rooted" a
But I've got no root access...
Please help me. If u need more info.. Tell me what you need to know and I'll get the info!!

When you did the factory reset, you may have lost the SuperSu app.
What model LG G3 do you have and what carrier?

I reset about 3..maybe 4 days ago.. I got the sprint Lg G3 below is a pic of the exact model. And what it says when I open supersu

So I'm guessing you used stump root? If so select use brut force. If you used purple drake just reroot. I don't think purple drake works on sprint though. I don't really remember right now.

Also, are you on lollipop now? If so you'll have to downgrade and manually flash the update with su in twrp.

This is what stumproot says..device rooted... BUT its not.. And if it is its not rroooted properly according to RootcheckPro

ok so from what I gathered, you'll have to flash back to stock and then reroot with stump. Only option sorry..
