Root Please help market not working!

I had rooted my phone using z4root and deleted Gtalk, and my market stopped working, so I deleted it, figuring I could find it easily somewhere, but i couldn't find it anywhere. I did a factory reset and nothing my market and gtalk where still gone. I finally found it today and installed it. I spent probably 16 hours trying to install the Gtalk and failed till I did a hardboot i think it's called. Turning off my phone and pushing the down volume button and end call button. Anyway when I turned my phone back on VIOLA! their was Gtalk and Gmail, they work perfectly, but my android market is still not working. Also, it hasn't been updated. It's the 1713 I believe. What can I do?! Ps, my phone is still rooted

And yes I've cleared cache

I have the android market it's just the un upgraded version, every time I try to download something it tells me the download is unsuccessful. Sorry I left that out.

I get the error message "There is a problem parsing the package" I had to download it on my computer and download it to my phone because my phone tells me, This isn't supported by my phone.
I really don't know how to add files like this, I just guess.

if your with metro do the following, reverting back to stock, ok power down the phone and download and extract this to your desktop MetroStockRecovery-SCRIPTS.zip after you done that press and hold vol down, end key and tap power, your phone should be on the white huawei screen and it should stay there, now open the folder that you extracted and run both of these file, first run fastboot-windows you will see a black box come and leave quick, next run metroPCSStock-windows.bat than another black box will pop up and it will do its thing, once it finishes the phone will automatic reboot itself.

So I will run the extracted files on my compter while my phone is rebooting? Im sorry if these are dumb questions ive never messed with phones before. Explains why I deleted google related apps :/

you have to extract the recovery folder to desktop using winrar or some other unzipping software, and power down the phone. after you done that press and hold vol down, end key and tap power, your phone should be on the white huawei screen and it should stay there, now open the folder that you extracted and run both of these file, first run fastboot-windows you will see a black box come and leave quick, next run metroPCSStock-windows.bat than another black box will pop up and it will do its thing, once it finishes the phone will automatic reboot itself.

Well it's been like 30 minutes and the black box when I ran Windows.BAT just says < waiting for device > is it suppost to be like that for long?
